The article says it might be 2-3 years before they could be produced commercially. This is some pretty exciting news! They need to come up with a better name - maybe Tigerfish or CrawTigers? Now if the Ag Center could only figure out a way to produce them with purple and gold stripes.
Too bad that by the time they are ready to go commercial the South LA economy will be in shambles and no one will be able to afford them.
