Important lesson learned - frostbit watermelon is not very tasty. One or all of the triplets adjusted the thermostat for the fridge and put it on high. The watermelon was on the top shelf so it got really cold to the point of freezing on top. We were eating it outside so it thawed out and parts of it were mushy. The good parts were still good but the previously frozen parts were bad.
Plus, it was a seeded melon. After three good seedless melons it is hard to go back to seeded - too much work.
